Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of party hosting, including setup, activities, and clean-up.
- Engage with guests, facilitating games, and activities, and ensuring a fun experience.
- Communicate with guests to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring each event to their expectations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a seamless experience for all guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized party area, adhering to all safety and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Enthusiasm and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
